I had the pleasure of working for SPA at the 80's rewind festival over the weekend, duties involved assisting the security team and stewarding as I have yet to complete my S.I.A licence. Although the Festival wasn't really advertised around 40,000 people showed up over the 3 days it was on.

We did think about going to this but bearing in mind Reading Festival is on this weekend and we're going to that, we decided to give it a miss.

I love the 80's stuff. It's not that far me so hopefully it'll be on next year and we'll go then

 

You missed out mate, really was an amazing weekend. I hadn't heard of many of the acts before but really enjoyed myself.

I have the option to work at Reading this coming weekend assisting with traffic control, think I might give it a miss though as I'm still recovering from the Rewind, lol..

 

I've heard of all of the above names Thinking about it, I've still got some vinyl of some of them as well. I was a teenager in 1980!

The traffic is totally gridlocked and so is the whole of the town. It's a great line up this year as well
