Hi guy's I have just fitted a wrc bumber to my escort cosworth

Is it against the law to have no intercaters on the front.

Where would I stand with the mot as you only have the side ones?

Put them in your sidelights instead

 

Your b's upside down.

You have to have indicators visible from the front, side and rear, but where you put them is up to you.

 

Just to expand - you can already get orange push in bulbs the same as the sidelight bulbs. So all you'll need to do is swap the electrickery over - fit spade connectors to the wires so you can swap back if ever needed.

OR mod a set of sidelights to fit the big indicator bulb holders.

 

think you need a resistor or something to slow them down as the capless bulb don't draw enough amps

or asda or that do higher wattage (for home use in some lamps) i think but they are clear, just need a dab of paint on them!

 

i managed to get some 5 amp capless orange bulds at a kit car show once, and i just re-wired the side lights to indicator circuit instead.

i proberly still got some of the bulbs left somewhere, as i bought quite a few for spares as it took me ages to find them.
