Question anyone been to a magistrates court?

do you get to give your side of the story first or do you just have to plead guilty or not guilty?

thats what im saying mark, they thought i was highly intoxicated (drunk) trying to enter a football match, where the story is im on very high amounts of medication daily that make my eyes dialate, glaze and vision can be slightly affected. ive just had my doctor write me out a letter stating this.

im not denying the fact i had about 5 bottles of beer which you usually do before football anyway.

i still dont understand how theyre dragging you through court for what would normally be a public order fixed penalty charge.
