Default quick help plz!!!!!!

any body got any ideas????

my car,mk2 fez xr2 with rst lump in it has developed a miss fire, now i have replaced the following since the miss fire started.
fuel filters.
plugs
leads
cap
arm
coil
checked timeing etc
full compresion test (all 4 at just over 8bar/130psi if i remember right?)

its also had a new water pump, cam belt and few other small bits,it was miss fireing b4 doing these bits tho!

have checked ALL boost/vacume pipes and all are ok/seald.

now when i disconect the plug from the sensor on the throttle body(ISCV?) when the car is running it still runs,it makes no diference to the way it runs, not better, lumpier, nuthing!
and it drives exactly the same!
could this couse a miss fire?

now the car ticks over perfect, when u rev it slowly through the revs its got a continual miss fire, and when u drive/rev it hard and it boosts up it back fires when u let off?

it boosts to 10psi easily as it has allways done even b4 i had this problem

tried everything i can think off

please help with ANY surgestions if u can and ask me whatels i have done if i not mentiond it

thanx

niall
