Last week virgin tested my line & could offer me .28 meg im with sky & they are giving me max .19 meg.

Just done a line test with talk talk & they say my estimated speed is 7.4 mbps which is massooovie compared to what im getting but are tey full of shit or good to deal with ?

 

Mums boyfreind had them,was terrible customer service and wnhy he had good speed it was very unreliable and kept cutting off.

 

I'm with them and getting 3meg. No drop outs or issues with customer service, certainly better than BT.

It's also free so I can hardly complain anyway

Edited to add: But I'd have said both Sky and Virgin were better companies, if my broadband with TalkTalk wasn't free then I'd be with Virgin so don't hold out for a great connection if neither Sky or Virgin can do much for you.

 

Cant be any worse than sky i have been on the phone to them 6 times complaining been promiced a phone call back by the tech department 3 times now & they havent phoned once

i'm using talk talk, they've been ok with me, any problems i've had have been sorted fairly quick.

 

Been with Talk Talk for over a year now, had a bit of trouble at the start with keep getting disconnected but after a couple of phone calls it was all sorted and been fine since

Cool ive had it with sly their customer service is terrible

 

I'm sure everyone will be able to tell tales on the customer services off all the ISPs to be honest. Having said that we've been with Talk Talk for the last 3 years and they've been fine. The main reason I went with them was that we could pay the line rental through them and not have to deal with BT in any way ever again!

 

Ive just signed up with Talk talk. Much better service so far.
