Default Clifford cliffnet wizard cable

Hi

Wonder if any of you could help me out.

I have recently purchased a new escort cosworth and need to add a new remote to the alarm as well as change a few of the settings as i do not have the valet code anywhere and the previous owner did not know it.

I know there is a cd and cable available to use to change these settings and was wondering if any of you had a cable in the Essex area i could use just to make a few changes failing this i will have to purchase a cable and CD.

Please contact me via Pm if you would be kind enough to lend me the lead.

You'll need the valet code even for the Wizard software.

I'm in that position, with the 2 years my car spent off the road, I've forgotten the valet code. Well, I'm 99% certain I know what it is, but it's not working. AFAIK, the only option for me is to send the ECU to Clifford to be fully reset.

if the valet code has not been changed from the factory setting it will be the last 4 numbers on the white serial number sticker on the alarms brain.

No, I have a Wizard and the alarm is working fine, as it did before, but I wanted to change some settings and have been unable to. Not had the inclination to get it reset either.

I was under the impression from doing a bit of research that the wizard supplied your valet code from reading the data stored in the brains?????

Also read that the valet code is the 4 digit code on your brains in the middle?????

I need to get this lead asap have purchased this new car and have a new remote, need to change a few settings as well as well as checking the intellistart, the vehicle has it fitted but unsure if it has been disabled etc.

Please anyone be kind enough to let me borrow there lead

Seriously, if you could into the system without the Valet code, imagine that? It'd be the worlds best alarm until the thief has a laptop/wizard.

You'll not get in without the Valet code, I'm 99.9% sure of that and anyone that leaves their valet code at the factory setting is asking for trouble too.
