Tell you what I couldn't be bothered with all the keyboard bitching ect ect

I wish some of these twats would go onto a Tesco Forum and whinge about the amount of water injected into the chicken breasts or the strength of the caffeine in the coffee as it's getting a bit tiresome to be honest.....

Thing is tuners like reyland/scs/msd/mad/godfrey ect ect ect ect ect you know who they are..have to come on here and defend the odd numpty who's hell bent on smearing the name of a company who won’t take up a problem face to face or even in most cases a phone call!!!!! I wouldn’t bother TBH but it must hurt pride and I can understand that.

it can suck Daz, i'm out of it at the moment, when i was i always tried to make sure everyone left happy, sometimes it hard, a lot of people have a car they don't understand, thats why they take it to a pro, when they get told something they dont like then all of a sudden they know more than the tuner....

i wish people would realise that most tuners are a small company that may not be perfect 100% of the time, but if you bear with them & get on with them then life is so much easier for both partys, how many people leave a company unhappy, don't say anything to the company but post it on the web when they get home!

 

What prompted this?

 

if you rebuild a bottom end and it drops a valve or the turbo blows then its the tuners fault.i wouldnt like to be 1 as more often than not you would be working on idiots cars and when something you have not touched breaks 1000 miles later its your fault as you were last in there.some tuners deserve their bad rep sometimes though.

 

Thats the bit that would gripe me the most infact it would boil my blood TBH

Tis the reason why some very good well respected tuners do not post on here.

In my opinion if its valid then post it, if there is proof in the persons claims then post it then everyone can make their own judgement.

 

Not 1 specific incident although there's been a couple recently, Just years of reading these boards, Id be very pissed off at times if I was a Tuner, they have to act like politicians, some of them post up all kinds of R&D and still get slagged.
