I have been offered a Superchips Escort Cosworth (Big turbo model) Phase 1 chip by an acquaintance who has upgraded, on the escos it develops +80/90 bhp over standard, i.e 310 bhp at 19 psi. What i want to know is , will it also work on my redtop 4x4 saf cossie, i know that the saf 4x4's and the big turbo Escorts are both Weber Marrelli management, but i seem to recall that the Escorts dont use the same L8 Ecu that my saf does. Will it be compatable or not, my intention was to combine this chip along with a set of light greens , 3 bar map, -31 etc and set the boost to give me a reliable 300 bhp

 

It won't work, escos has P* ecu and you have l8, there non compatable
