Does anybody know what a code 21 on an ST is?

Does anybody know what a code 21 on an ST is?
I had my car at the garage yesterday, the mechanic said the following but the machine he used was'ent the best and the car dosent have an OBD port.
10 - shows its connected / normal
20 - shows its connected / normal
21 - fault code but was unidentifable
Does anybody have St codes the only ones I can find are BT ones
