Default tom tom 3 (sat nav)

does anyone on here use tom tom 3 navigator.I am on the road 6 days
a week trying to find places and I'm fed up of using paper maps or
computer direction print outs which i find bloody dangerous trying
to read whilst driving so was considering investing in the tom tom/ipaq 1710
sat nav package.does anyone use tom tom 3 ,i have heard good and
bad things about tom tom as in not finding places or sending you the
wrong way granted any sat nav system will not have every place in
the uk you want to go to or have certain navigational problems, but
this package seems the most reasonable on the market at £290
plus you have the option of free downloads of the speed camera data dase
which alerts you to every type of speed cameras plus all the places where
camera vans like to hang out and also warns you when you are going
over the speed limit on a road where a speed camera lives plus you can
use the handheld computer as a mp3 player, connecting to the internet or watching dvd,s from memory card i suppose plus the bonus of sat nav with supplied memory card
any input would be most appreciated as i need to purchase sat nav to take
some stress out of the job and make it much safer
CHEERS.......
