thanks to ford fair track seshion my escos has sumhow thrown its conrod through the side of its 200 block!!
after stripping the engine it seems as tho the arp bolts let go and the rod cap came off and crank as smashed the rod off and out the block...
has any one herd of these bolts letting go? they have been out and back on so they were torqued up twice in their life time,
engine is 440 bhp and 8k rpm. map is suspect i know.
