i wanna put a t3 turbo on my escort, because before i bought the car the guy had the engine rebuilt with low comp pistons... none of the managment has been changed or injectors, the turbo's are not lasting very long and im thinking its cause i gotta screw it to get the volume out of it? will a t3 benifit the situation? if so what one? cheers guys

 

I'd speak to a respected tuner that has experience of the Small Turbo Escort, could save you wasting money on turbo's.

 

Don't bother with T3. Get a T28 with Nissan Sunny GTi-R internals. I ran one for 40,000 hard miles, until the last 10,000 anti-lag finished it off.
A standard rebuilt one will see 300bhp with the right other bits.
