Default Receiving Payments via Pay Pal/E-bay.....?????

Just a quick one guys and girls.

If you sell something on E-bay, and the winning bidder pays by PayPal, how is the money credited to you...... Does it go into a Paypal Account and then do you somehow withdraw it and send it to your bank account, or does it go direct to your bank account.

And of course, how long does it take.......
