The only problem with dipping is the damage they do while doing it,, denting roof panels etc..
A lot of the mark 1/2 boys seem to prefer soda blasting
I would of thought a decent company would make a.....jig that fastens to the car so it can be picked up a dipped without any damage.
There a guy on MIG that had his nova dipped and etched, looked a very good job when finished.

Just collected my 3dr shell from that surface processing crowd 2 weeks ago and the quality of the job is perfect without any damage. When I brought it over he checked the car and noted every bit of damage and made me sign it so then when I was collecting the car and if there was any additional damage he couldn't turn around and say it was there before. With saying that there was no damage to it and I'd highly recomend it.
