computer people(certificate errors)?????

everytime I go to ebay and my ebay it comes up with certificate errors why is this. It tells me to not continue any help much appreciated.

Hi mate

Could be a few things, first one is check your time and date to make sure they are correct. Then reset your internet options, check the addons, spyware sweep etc etc

Sounds like something IE8 does when it finds a certificate for a website who's name doesn't exactly match the web address. Post a screen shot, lets have a look.
