Went to see Brüno last night, wish we'd gone to see Ice Age 3 instead, to be honest. What a let-down.

Went to see it about a week ago. Didnt think it was great at all. Borat was MUCH better!

 

watched it saturday night, had you got back to me on msn i would have told you not to bother
shitest film ive seen in a while! best bit about this film was the trailer

 

i thought it was shite tbh

 

shoulda went to see Harry Potter that was frigin awsom! I fancy Public Enemys on Orange wednesday lol

 

The only act of Mr Cohen's that I can relate to is Ali G, Borat was alright but someone acting a prat playing a gay person aint my cuppa tea

i have to confess i want to see it i get powered for watching his filmsi think they are really good ice age 3 is really good

 

Went to see it mid last week, wasn't worth seeing.

 

i was very disapointed with it, made me laugh a little, but shit if you compare with borat..

 

The funniest bit IMO is the bit in the room when Brüno and his 'boyfriend' are having sex in all kinds of positions.

But as has been said, Borat knocks spots off it.

 

bruno basicly copied the format of baroat too much and it seemed more staged.

 

If it had been true, for example, that he went to that fashion show in a Velcro suit and stumbled out onto the catwalk as he did and that it wasn't staged, it would have been funny. Dennis Pennis is that master of causing a stir at movie premieres etc, Brüno failed IMO.

 

Utter shite... I was well dissapointed! Defo would not watch it again!

 

I went to see Ice Age III in 3D last night and it was wicked!

 

i have been waiting months and months for bruno, was a proper let down

 

We have free gallery tickets still to use, we'll use them for that I reckon.

 

Now i hadn't seen any of the other ones but still enjoyed it! But having to wear the 3D glasses over my normal glasses was amusing!

I goto the cinema every sunday... And in the last 6 months i've seen some right shit... But on the other hand some have been good.. I would put Ice Age III in the top 5.. And def bruno in the bottom 5... Along with Seven Pounds, Watchman, The Spirit + Public Enemies.

 

Let's face it, how many people actually went to see Harry Potter just to see how Hermione's getting along?

Thought Bruno was pretty funny, but its basically stealing the limelight from what Borat was. Everyone rips the piss outta the Yanks, but Borat took it to a dangerous level. Pure comedy.

Public Enemies is a good film, Dillinger was a pioneer! End of!

What a crock of sh*t!!! It was exactly like the book, only difference is that it didn't delve into who the Half Blood Prince was. But they made it clear by the end and worked it well.

 

I also though Bruno was shit.

Although, I nearly wet myself when that domination chick whipped him with his belt and he fell out the window, and when that guy was nailing the chick in the swingers party and Bruno was telling him to look him in the eyes

 

Gutted!!!

Really want to see it and heard good things until now!

ive not seen borat.. but went and saw bruno with a friend the other night

if you buy into it, and want believe the people in the swingers part, and the red-necks etc.. then its the most cringe-worthy mad film ive ever seen. . properly funny in places i thought.

and the song at the end had me creased up, not the words as such, just the fact he'd got all them big names involved lol

Saw Harry Potter last night and that was boring imo.

 

Don't like Harry Potter, never read nothing, saw the first film, fell asleep, bored out my fucking mind.

I was in hysterics for Bruno, out of us lot there wasn't one of us laughing our heads off. Might not be everyone's cup of tea but I personally thought some parts were hilarious although nearly everyone is saying Borat was better.

 

Wasnt as good as I thought. Funniest bits were him jumping out the window to get away from the the girl at swingers party and the cage fight at the end.

That must be a properly boring book, 2 hour of my life totaly wasted, thank christ I didn't read the book and waste a month on that

The ONLY real bit of action was when the main wizard got killed and tbh that could of been done FAR better rather than it all be over and done with so quickly and then within 10 mins the film ends ! I appreciate that the story isn't finished yet but compared to the others I found it VERY dull

You must certainly be one of the few who enjoy it though as I swear everyone at the cinema who was anywhere near us mouthed "thank fuck for that" when it finished !

 

i always find you see an advert for the movie showing a couple of funny clips, so you think "looks funny, i`ll go see that"

when you see it, you realise, the funny clips you had seen in the advert were the only comical parts in the whole film

borat was total shit imo, cant see this being any better
