Default puma inlett manifold

looking to fit a puma inlet manifold to my mk5 zs and just wondered how hard it would be and waht sort of gains i would get, everyone seems to be doing it, but i don't want to do it and not gain anything. Does anyone know if its and engine out jobbie? It will be a 1.7 one for about 40 quid not a racing puma one. Cheers

It gains you a few BHP for Ł40 so probably worth it. Not an engine out job at all!!!

the more bhp the merrier i say its only got about 100 or so, so if its an easy job i will probably do it it will look more manly being metal rather than plastic, thanks for the info though matey
