I'll be 100% honest.....

I am looking for a new block for my Saff but I'd rather have had it needing a rebore that way I can give the block to a machine shop with the pistons I am actually going to fit so the block can be bored to suit the pistons as I'm sure you're aware we are talking thousanths of an inch tolerances so the fact your block has been bored to +1mm oversize it may be ever so slightly too big or too small to actually fit a set of 1mm oversize pistons that myself or someone else will supply....

I will however mull it over as tbh I diodn't really want to go more than .5mm oversize.

Got 18 Zetec bottom end (with heads if required). Stripped it for re-build some years ago for my MK 1 escort, which is now having cosworth N/A. Thought about ZVH???
