Yellow relay in saph fuse box (supplies black/yellow wire 4 dash)

Seem to have a low voltage at this wire, I've traced it back to the fusebox @ 22 fuse, then the wire goes to the yellow relay also in the fusebox, where does this relay connect to???

IIRC, the yellow relay is the interior light time delay relay

Cheers i'll have a look at it again today and maybe try another relay in the slot.
