I need to get hold of a heaterblower cover for my 3dr cosworth (as in the one just under the scuttle panel cover at the top of the bulkhead), anyone know if these were unique to the 3dr sierras? There is a J plate 5dr sierra hatch at my local breakers so was wondering wether the one off of that would be suitable, anybody know?

 

I know there were at least 5 variants of the firewall on mk1 sierra, but mk2 all pretty much the same as each other.
Unfortunately mk1 and 2 firewalls are different totally, but certainly some of the mk2 plastic heater bits fit with only small detail differences, such as the bit that carries the wires on the front etc.

Dont have a perfect scuttle panel by any chance do you? Just missed one on ebay and mines still cracked from a flying gazebo at our local show ;(

 

sorry, the one on the car is cracked in several places.

i put an uncracked one on my 3dr cossie, came back to it a couple of weeks later and it had cracked in the same place as the one it replaced!!

 

I need one of those aswell, bloody list is endless lol! Hoping my mate has got one in his garage i can have.
