Default differances between 2wd and 4wd cosworth engines? info needed

i am currently sourcing parts for my mk6 4x4 cosworth fiesta and need to know what bits to source as the base of my engine build, will speak to tommy at fms but hes not about at the mo so thought id ask here,

power aim will be 450 - 500bhp approx

obviously its going to be 4wd but what parts are the better to use???

2wd head or 4wd head

ideally a 200 block

2wd or 4wd zorst manifolds

anything else different?

thanks

i believe the 2wd manifold is better for high power.

I have a 200 block, new ground crank, 2wd head, 2wd manifold should you want them.

how much for the block and head and manifold? is the block and head bare? and when you say manifold do you mean zorst or inlet?

the best of the components of the 2 engines

200 block (non turkish)
4x4 head
2wd exhaust manifold
4x4 inlet manifold

no need for a sweedish inlet at that power level, a 4x4 inlet with a 10mm space will be fine (NMS doesnt even like sweedish inlets!)

the head will probably need porting tho

i believe the 4x4 head is the one to use. It has a better cooling jacket and bigger exh manifold gasket face.
information from NMS. http://www.norrismotorsport.co.uk/index2.html
