would they be ok to use?

std rods on a 2.1 zetec turbo?and are they safe for a good 270-280?

Pretty sure Mikes 316bhp ZT was running stock rods in that guise. In saying that though he was of the "run it flat out and when it breaks make it better" school of thought. Never did break though
