hi all i have just bought a mk3 xr3 escort and would like to no how i would go about fitting a 2 litre zetec !! i will be running carbs on it maby 40's 48's depends what you recon at the moment it is a 1.6 carb feed cvh with a five speed gearbox i need to no everythink thanks for reading and hope your advice helps!! also have you got a slitly modified zetec for sale??

offer your mount of a cvh onto your zetec and you'll work it out mate, easy enough, just needs a tiny bit of cutting to clear oil pump and a corner welded on to pick up 3rd bolt hole.

 

hi i just did a 2.0 on my escort mk3 and it fitted very easily if need any help just ask mate. i did mine with 40s carbs. you need a 1.8 flywheel to fit the bellhousing and no need to cut for oil filter if need more help dont hesitate to ask
