That car is really weird! All the common places for rust look really good but the floor looks pritty knackered to me no offense or anything. Good luck with the project though mate

Good luck mate. As said, repair as much of original panels as poss by cutting out and welding in new plates, as then the car stays original. I had to do my front panel where the bumper sits as they hold moisture there. Apart from that it was mint.

Im niot a brilliant welder mate, the tricky bit is fabricating panels... If you serious why not look for a welding nightclass... oh and sort all the welding before you even start on the paint

Well, guys not a lot to add really, other than all bad floor bits have been chopped out ready for new metal and lots of welding. Me mate today came up for 2 hours and showed me how to weld and even lent me his welder as long as I want it, which is cool. Rest of interior stripped like rear cards etc. Front crossmember was all grinded, skimmed and painted with red oxide paint . Thats it until Sunday, when I will start the welding B)

well not more to add really, plates welded in place will post pics next week.

Found some more very small holes in the boot when i grinded rust spots away but didnt take long to fill with weld and then grind away.

Purchased a front bumper with a laguna splitter on it for Ł30-bargain or wot!!

Will update next week
