Default Helix clutch. What sort of torque?

What sort of torque is good for Helix clutch(organic or paddle)? How it drivable in town?
Looking for a best clutch for sierra 400+bhp, 500+Nm.

Hm..., I have found that max torque of paddle kit 540Nm.

If it is true, its better then AP paddle with 460Nm. But don't know about alcon.
