Default My mobile contract is up! Quick question..

Does it just carry on until I cancel, I take it im not automatically bound for another 12/18 months just because I havent cancelled/renewed?

As I am "out of contract" now, I guess I'm not legally bind to my carrier and I just carry on paying monthly until the day I cancel/renew?

T-Mobile BTW

Thanks

The contract will carry on and you can then cancel at any time giving them normally a months notice.

Correct, unless you move to another network in which case get yout PAC code and your contract with them ends as soon as your new network move it over.

In the mean time, it carries on as it has been.

if you are not going to keep your phone/number then stay as your are, if you are going to stay then phone up and speak to rentions and say that you are thinking of leaving and what can you offer? say you want to keep the number of minutes but you only want to pay Ł15 per month, or Ł10 per month if they are able to do that then you will stay! plus you want a new phone!

You won't need to pay the cancellation fee as your contract is up. Just tell them you're moving to o2 so need the PAC code to transfer your number. Unless ya ain't bothered about your number.... Just end it free of charge.
