how many of you have weighed your turbo's?

what are they as standard?

is there much difference between s1 and s2?

 

Mines heavy as fook I should think.

Have taken a few bits out that weren't needed, but have added a cage and the MTX gearbox is around 20kg heavier I think.

What's your weigh Gus?

as you say i have removed loads but then have wled in cage, huge brakes etc etc

just looking for a bench mark really

obviously i wont tell you what it weighs with me in

 

mine weighs shed loads, rs2k engine is like having a tank under your bonnet!
great in a staright line as there is a lot less wheelspin..........doesnt like corners much though.
according to carfolio a s2's kerb weight is 1080kg 2381lb

 

no idea on mine, but mk2 orions weigh less than an s2. yes really, i know you all dont believe me

however i've added the leather seats to mine which weigh an absolute tonne plus theres the two subs in the boot, along with the essential turbo tools and spares required for everyday running.

 

1044kg with me in it
i weigh 88kg
mostly as it is now but only had half cage and sunroof

 

914kg without me in it!

 

Standard out the factory is 980kg according to the owners manual.Mine with a full tank of fuel weighs 880kg.Regards,Micky

I knew i remembered reading that somewhere, is that with a full tank or drained of all fluids do you think lol
