Default New Focus RS. Any Dealerships got any not sold?????

Got the chance to buy a tax free car whilst out in Germany.

Saw a new Focus RS in blue today in the camp out here in Germany.

Does anyone know of any dealerships that have any not sold?

Preferably not green as the bumper colours don't match the body work and it looks rank

I've found one in a dealership so far. It's a blue one. They want £22725 for it (tax free). The Lux Pack 2 would be £1300 extra. That apparently includes rear parking sensors, touch screen navigation, automatic dimmin g rear view mirror, rain sensor for the wipers etc.

Wondering how much they are brand new with the tax? Just to see what I would get off of it.

Found another dealership with them.

Tax free it'd be £21883.25 on the road plus £750 for Lux pack 1, £1500 for Lux pack 2, 425 for the metallic paint which doesn't include the green. Partial leather would be another £400.

Chop, I have to keep the car for one year and one day. After that I can sell it. I can de register it after 2 weeks and keep it in England.

Thing is they are close on RS4 money with the extras

The one I saw today looked the tits

Where has them for sale in stock? Standard price or raised? Just did the maths and it must be about standard price.

I couldn't get them till August. But that's better than the "You can't get them anymore as they are a limited edition" bullshit I was told.

Jonny B, it was parked outside the gym. I didn't have my phone on me and like hell was I going back to my room to get it after that amount of cardio. Only thing I was interested in was a shower and some food

There are a couple on Autotrader that are still for sale. They are all green ones.

There are a few dealerships that can order them in for August - September.

If you want the name of the dealership that has a few orders left to take then just pm me

I'll give you the name of the bloke who I spoke to sort it out for you

Spoke to the car dealer over here who does our Discount sales for the Forces. He said that if I wait another 6 months then Ford may let me have the extra 12% off for being in the forces. That's on top of the 15% off fo the tax. So theoretically I could get 27% off the price of one if I'm patient.

The question was for me as I may be able to get hold of one with a 27% discount off. Forces and tax free because I live in Germany. That's a hell of a saving for something I have no doubt will still be worth a few quid in one years time compared to what I could potentially pay for it.

I would have to keep it for one year because of the tax free rules. Then I would be free to sell it

So because he lives in Germany he can buy one here tax free?
Just wondering thats all, either way that saving on a car which will no doubt hold its money with the best of them cant be that bad a gamble.

The car is a UK car. As a serving member of the armed forces posted in Germany I can buy cars tax free. I also get a 12% discount from Fords for being in the forces. That's a 27% saving on brand new Fords.

I would collect the car in th UK the same as buying a new car from a dealership. I go to the dealership and collect the car.

I have to then drive back to Germany and register it under the German version of the MOT that the forces are required to do for a period of 2 weeks. I can then de register it and have a British MOT on it.

The rule is that I can't sell the car for one year and one day. If I sell it before I will have to pay the tax and get a ban from buying any further tax free cars for a few years.

I hope that explains
