All,

Can anyone reccomend me a KVM switch so i can use both my telly (which has a display slot at back) and normal pc monitor please

I think it's not KVM you want, that lets you use 2 or more PC's with one keyboard, mouse and monitor.

You need a video card with 2 outputs if I have understood you correctly.

As Steve said - KVM's allow you plug a single monitor, keyboard and mouse into two computers, whereas by the sounds of it, you want to use your existing computer and flick between two monitors (1 being your monitor and the other being your TV)

Either a dual output graphics card (such as THIS ONE) or a monitor switch (like THIS)

yep thanks you guys are right, i want one pc on 2 monitors (1 of them is a telly)

On my pc i have at the back, a DVI and VGA slots, im sure that using both ports wont work but i havent tried it...I need to get a DVI lead
