Default spring rates for "fast road" use

what are people using on there Gaz coilovers for an everyday 4x4 saff.....at the mo i've got 325 front and 175 back........sick of them, was going to change the front to 275's...........help.....

all i can suggest is try it. Personal preferance and all that.

I'm on 170 on the rear and 300 on the front on a series 1. It's a bit hard but i prefer not having the body roll.

You are going to have serious trouble running just 175 on the rear unless you massively whack up the bump/rebound it will bottom all over the place way too soft.
I run 200lb" on the rear and that is too soft.

......we've already talked fella........u've got me thinking....maybe i should stiffen up the rears and leave the fronts......maybe thats my problem........
the front is solid and the back does wobble about, so i turn the back up to compencate....and it just isn't right........

It won't be, as when you adjust rears it is usually both the bump and rebound that is adjusted, whereas in a ideal world for you just the bump would be better on the rear.
If you stiffen the rear it will have the effect of softening the front a bit, just try it.
