pro-alloy intercooler for s1?
how much boost can a pro-alloy intercooler cope with?
also what charge air temps are expected/maintained using the pro alloy coolers , (at normal ambient temps etc?).
just wondering as i am going to be putting cosworth management on my s1 soon, possible with a t34 turbo..?
been toying with the idea of fitting a pro-alloy cooler as they do look the business and seem easy to fit ..
any info much appreciated
cheers Paddy.

Paddy rst,
The cores were pressure tested to 100 psi during development- so pressure will not be a problem.
The highest intake temps we saw were in the mid forties during the summer.
The big advantage of this design - apart from the ease of fitment and the good air flow to the water radiator , is how stable the intake temps are.
This makes life really easy when mapping the car.
kindest regards
