no just buy a gtst if thats youre thing.
Any car you modify will lose you money, My gtr lost me plenty so did my mates 03 sti, so did my silver 03 Sti.
All cars do if you mod them i dont really see youre point.
In an ideal world you take off the mods sell them and sell the car as standard.
Obviosly the big spec ones will always be broken due to the sheer amount of money put into them but i dont see as scrapping the shell gets you anywhere.
unless its rusty due to years of abuse and not being looked after that is.

theres no room for sentiment when your talking about thousands more to be made by breaking.
the only downside is having to deal with all the timewasters that say "dont break it" and "if i had the cash id buy it" type stuff.
then theres all the clowns that hassle you for a window switch or something equally small and complain when theres a tiny scratch on it and how they could have gotten it 50p cheaper on ebay etc etc .
i had started breaking mine and gave up and changed my mind after being inundated with timewasters

If a car is worth more it bits then why should the owner take a loss? I wouldn't. If people were willing to pay the prices cars were worth it wouldn't be an issue. But instead they would rather buy a knacker and spend more on it anyway
More to the point the shell can be sold so it can be rebuilt anyway. Plus it provides other cars with parts they need.

theres shit load of professionals breaking them, without you bedroom traders,if you buy it and decide to break it you should have thought about the money first, its not like you're poor if you got a big power cos anyway,so just take a hit moneywise and let some 1 else enjoy it,and theres so many getting broke we wont need parts soon because they'll be no cars left to put the fuckers on,not likr the cosworth was mass produced was it compared to the scooby,if you cant afford it shouldnt have bought it.
sorry mate but that bollocks. would you take a hit of quite possibly a couple of grand just so a car can live on? if people cared so much about preserving them perhaps they should be more willing to pay the value rather than the usual clowns expecting everything for practically nothing?
a broken car can possibly be the saviour of several more that might have been scrapped had the right parts not came available at the right time.

i broke mine, end of the day traders are gona offer you pence for the car, you will not get what its worth as a whole car, and with breaking it it helps to get others fixed and upgraded
reason i broke mine is i had enough as i spent 12 months restoring it for it to last 4k, i double what it cost me to build and i scrapped the shell and still have a rear beam left, plus a few other bots whch ive given to friends to help there cars on
and woth scooby slayers spec it will break for a good amount, i knwo you say bedroom traders but hes had that car as have as ive sen him post on here soits not as if hes bought it to break to make money, way i see it he wants to get asmuch money as possible which i dont blame him as we all want that for when we sell our cars
