My 205 block core plug cam off while been dyno at 1.3 bar at wheel 290 plus wheel power. what happen can anyone advice? the plug isn't OEM stuff. could it be wrong size? or have the head gasket gave way? gasket is new cometic multi layer type.

 

So long as run aborted right away, with a bit of luck will be fine.
Obviously either the wrong size plug or not fitted properly.
Pattern ones are fine if right size, would have thought it would have leaked elsewhere before core plug if it was a dodgy HG.

can still get the core plugs from ford mate prob just one of those things would not think to much in to it just fit and new one and see how it goes

 

Ya.. was aborted right away.. will do a pressure test to see if there is no head gasket failure... over here in Singapore can't get any parts for cossie...
