I do feel sorry for him locking himself out of his car but surley he would of left the door open on the car or window down.

Also thought of something, maybe you could try using your KEY to open the door?

By the way ive sorted it now, i found out how to reset the remote to a working state, which is something you pf know alls did NOT KNOW all you can say is "yet another post by bm08" i didnt see you coming back to me with the answer though

In fairness then you were never really locked out of the car - it was just a noisy way of getting in

Glad you've sorted it though

Remote control re-synchronisation

in the event the remote control becomes inoperative, but the led on the remote control is still flashing, it is highly probable the remote control needs to be re syncronised by following the procedure detailed below

stand within normal operating range of the vehicle

depress both buttons on the remote control until the led on the remote ceases to flash

release both buttons on the remote control and the led will glow

depress either button on the remote control until the led extinguishes and illuminates

depress either button on the remote control a second time until the led flashes and the alarm operates
