Default Escort Mk I rear shock mounting Q

Same as posted in General Discussion.

I have a question regarding what year the Mk I got the angled rear shock mounting that is also found on the Mk II?

When you take a closer look on the floor in the boot, you will notice that the late Mk I and all Mk II have a higher floor just above the rear axle. Where the shocks are mounted it is angled inwards to the center of the car.

My information tells me that this was introduced in either `74 or `75.

Can anyone confirm this?

Does anybody have pics of the floor in the boot on a ca. 1970 Mk I?

Any help much appreciated!!

The late Mk I`s have the same mounting as the Mk II. But from which year did the Mk I get this?

Here`s a pic BTW:
