My rad is leaking. Can i buy any rad or does it have to be a rs turbo one?

Anything will do, get a Nissan Primera one, they work well in the RST.

Seriously, the RST one is narrower than the non-turbo variants, so it'll have to be an RST one, also needs the spout on the side for the water return from the turbo.
