4x4 Cosworths and 2.9 xr4x4s both used the MT75 box, I'm sure they are the same but I'd imagine that the bellhousings are different.

positive the 2.0ltr dohc 4x4 sierra uses the mt75 aswell

As above, they are the same its only the bell housings that are different.
