Get your arse down to a chiropractor Zapain 30/500's are great for a week or so, then you'll be used to them, then you end up stuck taking steadily stronger and stronger painkillers. I get trouble with my sciatic nerve from time to time and it paralyses me, chiro almost always sorts me out

I take about 12 30/500 in a day.
Then have a poo a week later
