Accessing main PC from laptop via BT homehub?
Is there a way to access the hard drive of my main pc from my wireless connected laptop through the bt homehub? It gets a pain having to dump files to memory stick to bring them across. I dont need to sync anything or owt like that, id just like to be able to browse the drive and copy from it. Anyone????

yes you can, you have to set up a share folder, and dump the stuff you want in there,
then you can acess it from any computer on your network
thats how i do it anyway

right click on the folder you want to share, then click sharing, depending on wether you are running vista or xp there are different options but they are farirly self explanatory, (tbh i would set any security it asks you to set as low as possible and then just un share the folder when done)
right click on 'my computer', then properties and look for the pc name, say for examble it is 'billsPC'
then on the other pc, you can type in \\billsPC in your explorer address bar and you should see the folder, you can then open the folder and copy and paste onto your other pc.
hope that makes sense
