well, its been 3 months now since i swapped cars,
ive done a few mods already
the wood trim has gone, and an alloy trim has taken its place
a pair of k+ns have been fitted
some funky pads are on
its been poly bushed
shes had a set of iridium plugs
and ive been over it on a service,
all is well, i dont regret the change one bit, i love this car to bits, its an absolute holigan with the dsc turned off
it seems to just love all the abuse you can give it every day, it just seems to beg foir it
as a motorway car, its very very fast
170+ comes all to easily
its just a true petrol heads dream
its nowhere near as bad on fuel as i thought!
anyway heres a few pics of her today
and i am now confident this is the car for my first ring trip
i can drive there, thrash it, and drive home without even opening the bonnet

id say, not as vicious as the saff, it doesnt break your neck, but this just pulls and pulls and pulls, you never ever run out of grunt, you find yourself doing stupid speeds and you never even got near the red line,
its sooooo long geared aswell
you dont realise just how quick it is, untill you come across something you know is quick, and you blast past it with ease, it hides its speed very well, as its so big

Bless it however, only needed a battery to start. But I do miss it.
Still, doing nothing now but driving the Mrs Micra (
) and saving for something decent to buy in the next couple of years.Still that M5 is porn
thats the thing with m5,s and similar cars james, you have to do silly speeds to get the rush whereas with the saff you have to concntrate and listen for them small noises you know are goin to give the wallet another bashing

all you have to do to get a rush in this is press the dsc button, and turn sport on,
then its a swift trip home to get clean pants

That looks well, wheels look a little tame but its got a nice stance.
I realy diddnt rate the new M5, both me and mas (turboRS) drove an 08 model earlier this year and it was disapointing, all the right buttons off, and the M button on and it realy wasnt what we expected.
