Maybe get a take out as the misses is out to pasture at the moment and wont be back till 8 when l pick her up

Tonight ? Had it about 3 hours ago ! Freshly made roll from the bakers up the road. Superb in there. Little Indian bird who works in there (about 30 odd I s'pose) is absolutely gorgeous as well....

The other half just got a promotion at work so i cooked her steak, roasted veg in chilli and new pots... Got a couple of glasses of cider and then chill on the sofa for some loving.....ALL GOOD!!!

 

I have just had vegatable curry that l made last night as the wifes plane is delayed bloody easy jet, the Muille Fuielles will have to wait until later tonight or tom lunch dam dam and double dam

We had slimming world chips with beans and poached eggs

 

What's a slimming world chip?

 

potato, cut into chips, parboiled, then baked in oven sprayed with fry light ( 1cal spray that you use instead of oil )

All of the above is totally free on a green day and can be eaten in whatever portion size you need

 

sounds like a lot more work preparing them than just eating normal chips then doing a bit exercise.
