Just found some old pictures of me
My first car, caged up mini on 6*10 wellers, I fucking loved that car, was gutted when some bird drove into the side of it and wrote it off!
Me after I won some champagne in a diving competition, Ive since upgraded my figure though and have now moved up from a sixpack to a keg, lol

Simon, it was just one of the days that you can pay to go on and be instructed etc, my girlfriend at the time's old man bought me a day there, the sort of thing that you can do these days with the likes of red-letter-days etc.

Ive still got the muscle mass, its just under a nice layer of padding now, lol
Even though Im 30KG heavier now I can still drop and do 20 pressups without a problem, although I cant do the 200 in a row I used to back then.
