Samsung Tocco Help

I have a tocco when someone rings me or it goes dead like after 30 seconds i can talk up to 30 seconds but it like just cuts the call. It happens everytime someone rings can anyone help me please.

i had this when first got mine had it changed twice before they sent it back to samsung to have the inter ariel replaced

it was so frustrating

i got the phone of ebay, so what do i do now do i contact samsung even though the phone may be registered in the pervious owners name

I was thinking shall i try resting the settings or will that not effect it.
