Smile sticking rear disks!!!

im hoping for some advise on rear brakes.. my car is fitted with focus rs rear disks and calipers... just lately they have been sticking on... and i mean locked up wheels, smoke the lot!..now the car hasnt been used lately so im hoping they will sort them selves out but sitting for half a hour waiting for them to cool down is not funny...please can i have some advise on why they would be doing this and any good tips on fixing it...thanks in advance...

you need to strip down the calipers and make sure they are completely clean of rust or and brake dust sitting where the caliper should be sliding when in operation.the caliper needs to be able to move in and out on the sliders so make sure that they have grease inside the rubbers housing the sliders.
if it is all clean then you need to make sure the hanbrake mechanism is not sticking and use some copper grease to lubricate it
hope this helps!
