Default cosworth running to rich

Hi
I have a problem whit my sierra saphire cosworth. I've rebuild the engine put it back in the car and it's runig TO rich! I have an L6 ecu whit stage 3 chip correct spec for my car. It have an PF09 tps but i have changed the 2 outher wires of the tps.
I have changed every sensor on the car but it's running very rich. When i start the car when he's cold it's ok but you can smell the fuel very well. He is smoking grey and the idle valve will not close when he's hot. I've changed the idle valve off a good working car and it's the same. Also i don't get the signal for the ecu for the fuelpump relay so i have put an mass cable to the car and then it works. Have someone an idea?????

I would first check all the pipes are defo connected on the map sensor, that the scribe line on dizzy body is defo bang in the middle of the rotor arm, as just one noth out on skew gear wil cause it to massively overfuel.
Just disconnect the iscv, if it's a pain, it should only come into operation for cold running mainly to raise revs or when electrical loads applied to keep idle speed correct.
As you have a new CTS set your co to whatever chip maker says, maybe the old one was a bit out but now it's correct it's all changed ?

mine ran very rich after my head rebuild, we figured it was because the head had been skimmed, it had altered the comp ratio?

I have changed the ecu yesterday and now the car stats better and i get a signal from the ecu for the fuelpump. It's an L1 ecu so can i drive whit it? The only problem i have is that it's still to rich an when i try to drive it it shocks and bangs like hell! And when the ISCV is pluged in the injector are tikking very loud! Anyone an idea?

Fuel regs can leak and fuel can be sucked into plenum under vac

Also what loom you using?

if a 4x4 loom the bulkhead multiplugs can be a pain and really need chopping out and soldering

TPS and phase sensors wrongly adjusted

it sounds to me theres a wiring issue
