well just to stop me from getting bored, now that the monte done and the sierra, im going to crack on with the S1, i bought it in january this year as a rolling shell, car is ex FF cover car from about 3 years ago,
came with 17s, leather, GRS, header tank etc etc
so, upon deciding what to do to it i got word my old rs1600i was up for grabs, so with a journey to southampton i bought the old girl back
upon getting it home, i removed the management, engine etc etc and sold the car on as a rolling shell, bought by a friend,
so now i have my old 300BHP engine sat here ready to fit.... but as i have never done one and want to see 'how it will go' i am going to use a 2.0 bottem end i have, steel rods and FRS pistons, that was in my mates old RST but has now been returned to standard to sell.
so here it is now as we speak

plan is to strip interior out etc and start to seam weld it, then i will get the full car painted and fit the engine, MOT and tax and on the road, so nothing to drastic to do, but will be cracking on now

I loved the build he did on this, pity he had to let it go. His evo IV is nice, exactly the same as the one I used to have. Only his evo is mint lol
remember this from years ago in the mag, i would keep the azev's think there a lovely wheel on S1's
