as above can i fit the engine and gear box together to save fucking about?

Its a total arse but do-able! Easier to pull them up from underneath. Just remove the ARB and cradle first

built it all up on the floor and get the car as high as you can on axlestands...

Slide under and lower car.

best way

so if i get a engine crane lift it high so the engine and box could slide under it then let the crane down set the car on stands then get the crane and lift the engine and box up in place? bye the this is on frst?

I've dropped it in from the top all together, wasnt very hard at all just have to let the gearbox end hang lower than the engine.
