The electric antenna on my 3door Cosworth isn't working properly. It does go up and down why I turn my radio on or off but it doesn't go all the way inside the car. The last part stays out while I hear the motor trying to move it down. Don't think it's possible to repair it myself or does somebody have an idea.

Are the electric antenna's still for sale and are the (easy) to replace?

 

Sounds like its lost a few teeth on its mast cord. Dont know if the mast's are still availble to be honest. Personaly I'd just replace the whole thing...not hard to do.

 

Mine did this ,i went to my local car stereo shop and had to order a new one, £33 and the same as the ford one
