Default Plumbing in power steering

Hi guys,

need your help. I'm looking into plumbing in non-original equipment power steering.

Not 100% sure of the PSI of the pump that i'll be using, but i guess it'll be around about 1000.

I've also got a cooler off a jag x-type, so that should let me use flexible pipe.

Has anyone done this sort of thing before. Any recommendations for the piping, and equally essential, the fittings? Is this a job for a professional hydraulic firm?

All contributions would be very much appreciated.

Weve used a Ren Clio electric one in the past and had no problems with Aeroquip and crimped/swaged end fittings
