i'm pissed right off , out earlier in my s2 and it died on me! trying to start it for about 10mins but nothing there , had a look at temp gauge and was pretty high , so narrowed it down to fan not cutting in and overheatting!
so i put fan on perminent and it eventually started up! same thing happened 1 hour later but fan on perminent , wont start at all , temp gauge fine! what the fook is it now???? couldnt look cause its dark but got it towed home and fook it havin some cans and chilling , any ideas on what to check boys and gals?

 

radiator mite be fooked an it could still be overheating.worth a check m8.

 

maybe done the head gasket when it overheated first time?

 

got home today and had a look at it , got no spark going to the plugs! checked the power going to coil , its ok. tryed different leads , still no spark , i'm thinking it's the ecu or the dizzy but havent got either spare to try! anyone know how to test these? or has anyone got any ideas? cheers

 

come on peeps some one must be able to give me a idea whats going on

 

if its ur dizzy ur fuel pump wont run when u crank it aswell as havin no spark!!! to test it take both wires off the coil and put a test light between them! if it flashes then its ok!!
